If you should not like an article delivered by us, you can send it back to us within the cancellation period of 14 days.
Please always include a copy of the invoice or the order confirmation with your prepaid return.
After receipt and inspection of the goods (the item must be unused and in the original packaging) we will refund the purchase amount.
To ensure that we can continue to realize our low online prices, we unfortunately do not assume any return costs if you revoke your consent.
If you have paid with PayPal, you can get your return costs refunded by PayPal.
If you pay with us directly via your PayPal account (does not apply to purchases made by bank transfer), you can pay the shipping costs up to 12 times a year
get refunded for your return via PayPal. This applies to costs of up to € 25 per return.
How it works? It's simple: activate PayPal's "Free Returns" service in your PayPal account, scan within 30 days
your shipping document and get the shipping costs on your PayPal account.
